Great tour guide, one of the only light houses you can actually climb and get to the top. Absolutely loved the view across the ocean. Well worth the visit, also check out nearby caves and the local town too.

Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse
A very interesting place to visit. The work that the lighthouse keepers had to do is eell documented. The original housing are still standing. With a guided tour you can go into the lighthouse and up to the level under the light. This is also the point where the Indian and Southern Ocean meet. There is a restaurant in the first lighthouse keepers house. All staff are very friendly.

Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse
The place where the Indian Ocean meets the Southern Ocean. This is the most south western point in the Australian continent. The tour of the lighthouse is well worth taking as it provides spectacular views over the ocean and coastline. A guide takes you on the tour and provides a very comprehensive overview of how the lighthouse has operated over its lifetime including up to the present day. However, be prepared to walk up and down 176 steps. Cost of the tour is $21 for adults.

An amazing place to visit. The history of the buildings and the walk around the area were both educational and relaxing. Loved it.bonus, you saw where the Indian and Southern Oceans meet.

Lovely spot to look out over the ocean, take some time to go through the Interpretive centre and find out about the life of a Lighthouse Keeper. Sounds like it was a hard life, keeping the light going and making sure ships were safe at sea. Can be very windy and cold. Where the 2 Oceans meet I could not see much of a difference in the waters. Waterwheel was an ingenious design to pump water to the lighthouse. The massive solid rock near the waterwheel is a must seeOverall great place to visit

We really loved this place and all the surrounds! Approx an hours drive south of Busselton where we were staying. The land surrounding is breathtaking. We came in late May and were blessed with amazing weather. The tour guides were lovely, very informative, & aware of their surrounds. There are something like 182 steps to climb inside the lighthouse, so ensure you wear sturdy shoes. I am very conscious of hand hygiene & wish there was more hand hygiene stations within the lighthouse itself, seeing as every single person that does a tour that day *has* to touch the handrail all the way up and down the stairs. We thought $21 for this tour was very reasonable. Proceeds all going to upkeeping the lighthouse & grounds. Bring a scarf or windbreaker as it's quite windy out on the point. Minor cafe & tourist purchases available.

Lots of history here for the history buffs, even if you’re not the sheer size of the light house is amazing. There’s a cafe with small bites on offer as well as a small interactive museum. $21 a ticket to climb the light house with a tour or $7.5 to walk the grounds.
