Beautiful easy walk around the dam. Quite spectacular. Took me by surprise. Very pleased I made the effort to go and walk around the dam. Picnic facilities available - BBQ.

Gorgeous hidden spot! Great amenities for a family lunch with large gazebos and bbq. Water is lovely and inviting, well worth spending the day here.

Absolutely beautiful!The kids had a great day!! They are very safe swimming and playing, plenty of shade, couple of big gazebos with bbq's, only 5 or 6 picnic tables but lots of space for picnic chairs n rugsLarge toilet blocksThere's a 6km walk around the dam, u go past the nearby campground (approx 1km walk from the dam)You're encouraged to take all rubbish away with you, it was very clean so this system seems to work wellDefinitely recommend a day trip there

A beautiful place. Walk or cycle around the lake. Drive the road full of huge Karri trees. Sometimes early in the morning there is fog on the lake which looks amazing.

Great walk around Big Brook Dam. The path is paved (bitumen) the whole loop so is really accessible for all ages, families and anyone over mobility challenged. Lots of great birds and other natural creatures.

Excellent picnic area for the family, even on a cold and rainy day the place is very busy. Walking track is awesome and bitumen seal. Toilet facility is clean and BBQ area is sheltered.

A lovely location surrounded by greenery. Almost a 4-hour drive from Perth. Also, got options to make BBQ when travelling with friends and family.

Nice scenery here. You can have a walk around the lake and also go to have a close look at the dam and walk across it. There is a small beach area for you to have a swim. Looks safe for kids. There are also some picnic benches around the grassed area. There is a public toilet here. But beware that it does not seem to have shower facilities.
